I also came across Jerry who was helping instruct with our practical dogman course. If any of us were struggling in each way Mark was able to give us little ‘tips and tricks’ that we could try and made it easier to understand in our own way. Irish Mark was awesome his enthusiasm when out on the floor was great but also his ability to teach the class in a calmer way that we understood easier. Theo doing that made the students who struggled understand easier and were able to grasp a hold of the course. Theo also took time during classes to help guide the students who weren’t ‘book’ learners. Mark Lynch was my trainer for the dogman course and he really helped me and the whole class. The team was fantastic, great communication about the skills needed in the industry. All study materials were provided to prepare for the test and the trainer was there to assist with clarifying some of the terms. Theodore was a very good and understandable trainer.
